Climate-Smart Agriculture
Our organic farming practices actively restore the environment. By converting agricultural waste into biochar, we sequester carbon - each tonne of biochar locks away 2-3 tonnes of CO2 equivalent - whilst improving soil health and crop yields. We're certified organic and deforestation-free, protecting Ghana's vital ecosystems and biodiversity.
We provide year-round employment for over 7,000 smallholder farmers, 70% of whom are women. Through hands-on technical assistance, practical trainings, fair pricing, and market access, we help farmers increase yields, adopt climate-smart methods, and build sustainable livelihoods across Northern Ghana.

Our Vision
Our farmers earn fair, reliable incomes through competitive prices and guaranteed market access for their organic crops. With training, access to machinery, and secure offtake, they reduce dependence on middlemen and gain greater financial stability.
Our women farmers, receive training and leadership opportunities that strengthen their role in the agricultural economy. This drives inclusive growth and youth empowerment, building resilient, sustainable livelihoods for their families and communities.
By promoting organic farming practices and transforming soybean and shea nut by-products into animal feed, biofuels, and soil enhancers, Farmers learn to reduce slash-and-burn practices, farm responsibly and lower emissions.
Through organic and regenerative farming, farmers restore fertility to degraded soils, and boost microbial life. These practices nurture healthier ecosystems, improve land quality, and ensure that farmland remains productive for future generations.
